Roasted Pepper & Sirloin Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1 c Better Than Bouillon® Seasoned Vegetable Base
  • 144 cherry tomatoes
  • 8 large onions, cut into 1? wedges
  • 8 yellow bell peppers, cut into 2? pieces
  • 8 red bell peppers, cut into 2? pieces
  • 9 1/2 lb sirloin or chicken 1? cubes
  • 2 tbsp. freshly chopped rosemary
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. tablespoons cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 c red wine vinegar
  • 1 c olive oil
  • 50 (6-inch) metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix Seasoned Vegetable Base, olive oil, red wine vinegar, cracked black pepper and rosemary. Add the sirloin and vegetables to the bowl and toss to coat.
  3. Thread the sirloin and vegetables onto the skewers alternating sirloin, bell peppers, onions and tomatoes.
  4. Place the skewers directly onto the grill and grill for 1-2 minutes per side.
