Roasted Garlic Black Pepper Carrots

  • 25 lb carrots, peeled and cut into half lengthwise
  • 3 c (24-ounces) olive oil
  • 1/4 c Better Than Bouillon® Seasoned Vegetable Base
  • 1/4 c Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Garlic Base
  • 1/4 c cracked black pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Whisk olive oil, Seasoned Vegetable Base, Roasted Garlic Base, and pepper together in a large bowl.
  3. Add the carrots to the bowl and coat.
  4. Spread the carrots evenly onto a sheet pan.
  5. Place in oven and roast carrots for 15 minutes or until tender.
