- 25 lb carrots, peeled and cut into half lengthwise
- 3 c (24-ounces) olive oil
- 1/4 c Better Than Bouillon® Seasoned Vegetable Base
- 1/4 c Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Garlic Base
- 1/4 c cracked black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Whisk olive oil, Seasoned Vegetable Base, Roasted Garlic Base, and pepper together in a large bowl.
- Add the carrots to the bowl and coat.
- Spread the carrots evenly onto a sheet pan.
- Place in oven and roast carrots for 15 minutes or until tender.
